    - Preliminary contest : March 13(Mon) ~ May 31(Wed), 2017
    - Main contest : July 21(Fri) ~ July 23 (Sun), 2017

• Preliminary Contest
  - Theme: No designated topic (free and creative comics)
  - Form/Format: Octavo or A3-size paper(single-sided, a maximum of three comics per person)
  - Eligibility: Children in grades 4-6 in elementary schools at home and abroad (or aged 10-12)
  - Period: March 13- May 31, 2017 (24:00 Korean local time)
  - Application : Online(www.icca.kr) and postal mail
